Commercial Beer Making Kit Expansion 

Actually every customer in the very beginning of brewery setup could have an plan how to expand the brewery in the future when the capacity is not big enough. From design and layout, we will make a brewery step 2 for you. 1. Upgrade your brewhouse, this is hard to do, but will be still easiler than to change the brewhouse. 2. Adding more beer cellar tanks. We will make the design for you and send out engineer to install and commission in the site.

Brewing Kit Expansion

Consisting of vessels: your brewery can be expaned by adding extra functional vessel below.

1. 3 vessels connected well by pipes and valves. With mashing pump, lautering pump and wort pump.

4. With mobile CIP for cleaning fermentation and conditioning tanks.

Expanding your brewery by adding more fermentation tank and brite tanks 

1. Conical fermentation tank and horizontal lagering tank are available. 

2. SUS304, internal wall 3mm, inner welds polished; outer shell 2mm, surface polished. 

3. With cooling jacket on cylinder and conical bottom. Equipped with chiller and glycol tank. 

4. Side manhole, top CIP spray heads, security valve and pressure measurement. 

5. Conical fermenter is 60 degree bottom, equipped with tap, temperature sensor, faucet. 

6.  PU insulation 50mm.
